You look AMAZING! I did one round of TF starting May 2011 and one round of Chalean Extreme after that, but my eating sucked. I'm now one week into my second round of TF with my diet in place (finally), so this was just the inspiration I needed. Excellent work!!

I'd give it a try. You may even need more than that on the more intense workout days.

I'd try upping your calorie intake to at least 1,400-1,500 to start. If you're burning, say, 400-500 calories during some of the longer workouts, you're only giving your body 700-800 calories minimum to run on with a 1,200-calorie diet.

As intense as TF is, you're eating too few calories (I'm on my second round of TF). Did you use the guide to calculate your calories?

I'm 5'6", large framed, and would like to get to a very toned/fit/muscled 140-150. Never been that small EVER, so don't know how that will look on me. The lowest weight I remember hitting was 159 when I was in high school. We shall see!

If I were you, I'd go on to push since you completed all of the burn circuit. If you'd be more comfortable doing a week of burn before the transition to get back in the swing of things, it wouldn't hurt anything. :)

I felt the same way my first week. I think once you get past the initial workouts, you start focusing more on quality over quantity. The second week you have your weights written down that you lifted and can progress from there knowing if you need to go heavier or lighter. Keep going...you'll find your niche. :happy:

Fire 30 and Lean3W2 last night complete! Tonight is my family's traditional all-you-can eat Christmas Eve steak, homemade french fries, and buttered rolls dinner. I'm praying I don't completely tank cause steak is my kryptonite (sp?)! :laugh:

I'm still doing the workouts, just haven't been logging them here as much. So far this week, I've done: Monday - Lean1W2 Tuesday - Fire 45EZ (don't know WHAT I was thinking doing this one, but wanted a change LOL) Wednesday - Lean2W2 and Fire 30. I did some Fire 55EZ today. My arms were still sore from yesterday's Lean 1, so with every punch thrown it was an "Oh-OW!" :laugh: Feels like it's been forever since I'd done that workout and it was fun. I missed my workout on Thursday with Burn Intervals/Extreme Abs with a crazy busy work schedule, so yesterday threw in Fire 30 for something different since I didn't know about combining 2 workouts using weights, then did Push3W3, and finished out with Extreme Abs. Holy lord!! Extreme Abs is KILLER!
