I'm 5'6". Last year at 190, I was in a size 16 in Levis (I like them because they seem true to size). Now I'm 162 and a size 12 in Levis that are getting a bit roomy (Yay!). I freakin' HATE vanity sizing. I try to keep in clothing that I know run true to size.

So, SO glad to see this is on here! I've heard a lot about Janelle's version, but never seen it. Glad to see her version is more "active" than the hybrid in the TF book, as that one seems kind of slow going to me for some reason.

I was able to find sugar-free strawberry glaze in the produce section of my grocery store. I dip strawberries or apple slices in it and it's SO good! It's just like eating strawberry pie without the guilt. :smile:

I'll be 39 in June and hope to be at my goal weight by the time I turn 40. My headline on my profile says, "50 before 40," so I have 33 pounds to go until goal. I think I can, I think I can... :laugh:

Mine is set at 1510, I think? That's set for a one pound per week loss. I'm 174 pounds and workout 6 days/week, so general daily calories vary between 1510 on my rest day up to 2000 on my more active days.

Levi's 505 jeans (stretch mid-rise). I bought my current pair used on eBay for $20. Can't beat that! I can't see spending a fortune on clothes right now since I hope to shrink outta my current ones :)

I'm in a snug 12 in Levis right now. Finally decided a couple weeks ago to get serious about my diet and am down 5 pounds @ 175. I've NEVER been lower than a 12 and that was after high school (I've been as high as a size 22/24), so I'm excited for these 12s to get roomy. LOL

I found a few recipes after a quick search. Looks like one serving (unsure of what amount that may be) is around 400 calories, so you should be okay to figure that in. Enjoy it, but use your willpower to not overdo and you should be fine :)

Have you ever tried just figuring it into your daily food intake? We fail when we have to give up the things we love to eat. You may have to cut down on portion size, but at least you'd still be able to indulge a bit. If you could figure out the calories, etc., just work it into your daily meal plan.

I got that, too, by some guy that used to ride the bus with me in school. As soon as I got on, he would start and everybody would laugh. I was mortified and completely devastated.

Usually at night is when my sweet tooth kicks into high gear. I found sugar-free strawberry glaze that's helped combat that (10 calories for three tablespoons) and dip strawberries or apple slices to curb it and it works.

I have Danskin capris and workout tanks from Walmart that have lasted at least the last 2-3 years. I got excited the other day thinking one of my tank tops had a hole in the side seam so I'd have an excuse to buy some new tops, but it didn't, unfortunately. :laugh:
