I always dreaded it when either of the 45 workouts were on the schedule, though I loved Fire 55 and 60. LOL

Thanks for the feedback, girls!! It's nice to know I'm not alone. My daughter snapped a picture of me when I was working out (I didn't know until seeing it on facebook...argh), but was THRILLED to see a difference in my shoulders and a bit of the back arm horseshoe shape popping through. It's changes like that that really…

Did Push2W3 last night at 11 PM. I'm crazy tired today, but knew I had to get it done, so I could knock it out, get showered, and get to bed. This is gonna be a loooooooooooong day.

Oops...I meant push 1, not push 3 with the push-ups. With that said Push1W3 done....again.

So I totally blew off all but one workout this week. However, my week wasn't physically a waste. I've hauled boxes on top of boxes (rather heavy ones at that) up and down my basement stairs and done heavy duty cleaning the majority of the week. The good news is I didn't gain anything, but the bad news is I have to restart…

Well, poop. I wish I could afford these right now. What a deal!!!

I'm borrowing my brother's Selecttechs until I can get my own set down the road. He's an ex-P90Xer and is busy with work and school, so they were sitting around collecting dust, but I tell ya, these things are worth their weight in gold!!!!! A bit bulky for a couple of the moves, but they freaking rock!!

I did TF before CLX (I'm doing this alone currently without TF) and Fire 55 was always my favorite until I moved onto the advanced. I loved, loved, loved Fire 60! The upper and lower body workouts were intense on the advanced, too. All in all, I thought they were a good investment.

Push3W2 done. Now just one more workout left to finish out my second week in the second month, and it's absolutely flying by! @stormy--I'd read comments on some of her outfits before I did the program, so knew she'd keep it interesting. LOL She's a cool chic though. Gotta love her!

I'm halfway through the push phase. For lower body, I'm using 25# each on the single leg tap lunge and 30-40# each on the squats. Upper body is 12.5-22.5# each, but use 30-35# each for the dead lifts and rows.

Push2W2 today. My stupid DVD for some reason was giving me issues. Don't know what that was about, but I completed everything between spewing curse words when the DVD would freeze up.

Hey, guys!! I'm Heather (of course  ). I'm 38 and married with 2 kids, 17 and 11. I work at home as a medical transcriptionist, which keeps me extraordinarily busy most days. The plan (god, I hope) is to reach my goal size of 6/8 before I turn 40. Can't ya just hear that clock ticking with Final Countdown playing in…

Push1W2 done!! Aunt Flo was kicking my butt this morning, but I kicked her butt and my own in the process. Muffin--How did you like the start of lean circuit?

Push2W1 yesterday and Burn Intervals/Ab Burner today. Woke up today not feeling 100%, but cranked out BI/AB today, even though I had to keep stopping to sip water because I kept feeling nauseated. Ever since I had my gallbladder removed in 97, this isn't an uncommon thing, so I just do what I can :) Nelski: I have NO clue…

Me too!!

I think you look like Donna from That 70's Show :)

I'm 5'6", 178 pounds, and medium framed (always thought I was large framed until a couple months ago when I did a couple of the online tests...who knew?!). My ultimate goal is to get to a size 6/8. What weight that will be, I haven't the slightest clue. The smallest I ever remember being is right after high school when I…

Yes, I find it a lot easier to workout at home. I work at home and some days put in 12+ hours, so whenever I have some time during the day or night, it's right there. All I have to do is put in the DVD and knock it out. The programs are tough and take dedication, but if you're willing to put in the time and effort, you…

I think he means programs like P90X and the like. I'm on my second program from the same makers as P90X and I personally like them. Everything's laid out in black and white for you like having your own personal trainer. Depending on what you put into the programs are what you get out of them. :)

WOW! Great results only 30 days in! I just started CLX today and your results are definitely great motivation!!

Fortunately, our licenses don't list the weight. I do know the weight I gave them in 2001 or so was 240. I think I fibbed a bit when I gave them that weight because I was heavier. With that said, I'm down 60+ pounds since that time. WOOT!
-
Wow, girl!! You look FABULOUS!!! I am SO proud of you!!!!

I'm a Gemini and have always considered myself a "true" Gemini. My husband, on the other hand, is a Gemini, but you'd never know it based on the usual personality/trait descriptions for our sign.

You look SO good!! Hope you plan on getting a baby-sitter. LOL He's gonna be floored with his "new wife!" If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? My goal size is 6.

Something came across my Facebook the other day from Beachbody that said her Abs 10 is the hardest ab workout of all the BB programs, even the P90X abs workout! Glad to hear it's so effective!
-
There's a hybrid in the TF book for TF and ChaLEAN Extreme. Beachbody also has a hybrid with TF and P90X on their site, as well. Out of curiosity, how effective were the advanced workouts with weight/inches lost? I have them all ready to go after I finish my 12 weeks, but haven't heard of people's results during the…

My husband's a police officer and a volunteer firefighter.

I'm 5'6" and 182 pounds. I currently wear a size 14 in jeans and a large in tops. I'd love to get into a size 6/8. The smallest I ever remember being is a size 12 and that was 20 years ago! I'm curious to see if I can even get that small (size 6/8) since it's completely uncharted territory for me.

I had an old dial scale that showed me 10 pounds lighter than the new digital scale I had to upgrade to. My new digital scale has now been named "El Diablo." It's really discouraging to see such a weight difference when I thought I was actually in the 170s instead of 180s after I bought them, but I had to just keep…
