I eat Fiber One Honey Squares cereal every day with some Almond Milk and it fills me up so much I had to set an alarm to remind me about my snack. At night, I usually munch on a mix of walnuts, pecans and raisins. Protein shakes work for me as do the protein/fiber bars.
