I have been exercising more that i did when i lost the first 22.... which is weird..I thought it was muscle bu my trainer told me not possible this quick... she thinks i'm lying to myfitnesspal, when I am counting EVERYTHING! :(

Exercising really makes me feel better, Rainy Cold days are my hardest, such as today!! :) But working out always takes my mind off it.
