Me too. I eat a little something about an hour before bed most times (usually protein laden) because I can't sleep if I'm hungry. I'm still losing an average of 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week.

She's not going to "undo" anything as long as she stays within her calorie/macro goal. I had a weak couple of days a few times but stayed in my range and still lost at the end of the week. I'm still losing. OP...your food looks really good to me. No need to sacrifice your sanity.

No you do not NEED to eat it to make the salad more healthy but darn it it tastes good and there are much worse things you could put on it. Jeez Louise they aren't drinking it like soda pop....are they? :grumble:

The same few people who are/have been successful at reaching their goals of health and are maintaining or bettering their results.....or the same few newbies that are still learning. I am finding that listening to the first group has been very beneficial in my learning process. js :wink:

I absolutely agree. Going by numbers on the scale and what people THINK it should look like....you look as if you weigh a lot less. Amazing results. Congrats!

Yes ^^^^Youtube has several workouts from everywhere Befit.com Fitnessblender.com has videos on Youtube but if you go to their site you can go through their library much easier with the little check list. Good luck Sweetie :flowerforyou:
