I agree! The difference for me now is, I used to just eat something, now I want to know how many calories before I eat it. I have avoided items this way and it has made a difference. Smaller portions too because I realized how much I was over eating. Eventually, you will get use to the portions and how many calories items…

I'm planning on working out everyday M-Sat with rest on Sunday. The triple days shouldn't be back to back. Monday, Wed, Sat? Or is Saturday a busy day for everyone? Thursday water day or Saturday?

I have the DVD's all ready to go. I am following the program that was in the first post. The only thing I will do different is Level 2 of 30DS since I have been doing that already. I'm excited!!! Good luck everyone. :happy:

On our last trip we took apples and small to go containers of peanut butter. Almonds, trail mix (with peanuts, m&m's, raisins), pretzels, sandwichs thins in case we wanted to spread the peanut butter on one. The Fiber One 90 bars are great! Yes, I have a hard time saying no too! I started looking up the calories before I decide if I am getting anything. After I realize how many calories there is and how it is so not worth it, I don't usually get it, or I make healthier choices. I would suggest walking more until you are comfortable walking at 3.0 or 3.5 the point of c25k is to gradually get you running. Do not focus on speed only focus on finishing each day. I haven't used the Nike + GPS because I am new to running. I will have to start using it and check it out. I don't know how to add friends? I have used the sensor with my iPhone and loved it. I have the pouch attached to my laces. No problems with it. My username is weeziews.

Strength training is going tone you and you wont regret it. Women build muscle much differently than men so you won't bulk up. Doing intervals (strength with Cardio) will keep the weight coming off. If possible see a trainer. The will show you proper form and what to do to keep burning the fat. Good luck!!
