  • Getting fitted for a pair of running shoes is the best thing I ever did. Even though I use them mostly for walking. They are more comfortable. They are NB too. ;-) Go to a place where they take their time with you and they know what they are talking about. Good luck.

  • That sounds really good, thank you for posting! Have you tried making it with whole wheat flour? I am thinking of substituting half the white flour for wheat. Trial and error, right?

  • I started yesterday too. I downloaded the app a month or two ago and started it but didn't finish it. I need a variety, because I get bored easily. My maybe some motivation from other and accountability will help me. :-) Good Luck!
