I go back to eating healthy, just like normal. I wouldn't fast or skip meals, just go back to eating healthy and exercise.

I browse healthy recipes often. I get very bored with food very fast. Good examples are cookinglight.com, and I like the the Live Better America page on facebook. They have great low calorie options.

A lot of the doctor's scales (at least mine) have the old scale where they slide the numbers across. Like somebody said, they are usually old, always need to be properly calibrated, and I can't get a proper reading either there because of all the clothes I am wearing. Chin up! Happens to a lot of us!
