  • Hi Iambeliever! I agree that you should up your calories a bit. A few ideas to help keep you feeling full (I took a look at your diary). Switch your toast to a light bread - e.g. Sara Lee makes a light bread at 45 cals/slice - and have two slices with a bit of peanut butter. More fiber & protein and less sugar will help…
