  • We all have set backs from time to time.. try not to be too hard on yourself... The main thing is to get yourself motivated again.. and stick with it.. are you exercising at all or just trying to watch what you are eating?

  • You can still exercise even with a child in the home.. I am sure you can go for a walk with him/her,.. play outside with the child.. or just dance, kids love to dance too! :)
  • Triceps are great exercises to do, but you want to get your whole arm, not just the "wings" LOL... I have my wings still too, but I still have a long way to go.. But that is the advice I have gotten from my personal trainer several times.. Free weights are great to help with it as welll

  • I think you are doing a great job btw, I agree with the white potatoes, rice and stuff, just keep that to a minimum, and soda is a killer. Try to calm it to like 1 a month (hard i know), but eventually you wont even want it anymore. Wish you the best of luck!
  • Hi! I am set @ 1750 a day but I try to stay between 1200 to 1500 without exercise but with it I usually go up to 1800. I don't like to eat back most of my calories is burned from exercise. Good luck!
  • Hi, I had the same problem and it was quite frustrating. I use one that the doctor's use (so it says lol), it measures my body fat, weight, water etc...When I used a regular scale, and it did nothing but weight it would give me false reads, so it was very frustrating and annoying. I think you look great, and I agree with what most of the other posts on here that you are probably gaining muscle, and that is why are you aren't losing the weight, but you are still getting rid of the fat.
