Mary, you are correct on the dates of the challenge, I would only say that when it comes to the challenge, make sure you check in on the days that you are doing the exercise so if you take a day off you don't need to check in unless you want to! Good Luck Melissa

No, it woudn't require a pedometer, the gym type of equipment should give you the miles, you walked, ran etc., and there is an app you can use outside the gym called mapmyfitness.com and it will give you the the miles that you went etc.

Keep in mind I have give them a month of not logging because maybe they are ill, or struggling etc., but after that I have to cut the cord =(

Don't worry so much about what the pounds on the scale say.. your body is changing, you could be gaining muscle etc. Try not to let it both you too much!.... :)

It may be just muscle that you gained, not fat.... Water weight can also be a barring on your body.. Just give it a couple of days, drink plenty of water to flush the sodium out.. and you should be good to go! :)

You are definiately not alone with the emotional eating and binging etc..It can be very difficult to manage, but not impossible.. Try to keep either gum, or some healthy snacks near you, like in your car, by your bed etc.. so that way when you hit that emotion you have something good to eat... You can add me as a friend if…
