We don't make lists or assign chores. We do what needs doing and try to be considerate of one another. A lot of the time we do chores like cleaning up the kitchen, cooking, and laundry together. (Also we have a cleaning lady who comes twice a month and makes things much easier.)

Dollar dances are tacky regardless of region or culture, sorry.

Pilates and barre workouts.

I take an hour long Body Pump class that I log as 45 minutes of circuit training.
-
Absolutely. As long as yo keep track of things, it's no different to your body, really.
-
Honestly? I am pretty nondescript.

I'm planning on a few drinks tonight. GO KINGS GO!
-
Wow! I think it's a noticeable difference. Well done!

Yes, we often go to the gym together.
-
Yes. I'm not sure if it's normal, but it isn't uncommon.

OMG are you joking? We need "Obama Care" because our health care industry is corrupt and dysfunctional. It has nothing to do with people taking care of themselves.

No, that there are men who subscribe to the traditional gender roles and who are really interested in women who don't. Culturally, we have this stereotype that women love bad boys because they see them as a challenge or a project and want to change them because if she can get the guy to settle down for her, he must REALLY…

Well, I think for some people, having someone say "JUST DO IT" is motivating.

Maybe not, but they're lucky if they aren't. Being fat makes it more likely that you will have certain health problems. Why should that be presented as okay?

So close to 5'6 that I just use it for my height, and about 130-132 pounds right now. Aiming for the 115-120 range. Most of my adult life I've been around 120-125 pounds. And I don't care, skinny-fat or skinny-toned, as long as I get skinny. I care about the number. *shrug*

You would be surprised.

"He is the leader of our family, holding to very traditional roles, but with a modern twist. " Yeah, no. This would be a total deal breaker for me.

OMG bread. Sometimes I huff the bread aisle at the grocery store. Because I cannot eat bread or I will eat the whole loaf.
-
I feel like the fat acceptance movement has made it pretty clear that eating disordered people who are skinny are not welcome in the movement. The questions that you ask are complicated but their answers are all over the internet, if you're really interested. Look for eating disorder communities. Not all of them are…

I WENT! And I am glad I did although I seem to have angered my hamstring. I'm sure it's nothing Motrin and Arnica gel can't cure. Shaved 5 miles off my 2 mile intervals on the treadmill, too, so I guess whining is productive motivation for me? How did everyone fare this Friday eve?

There are a handful of girls who are this girl at my gym. I see some of them there every time I'm there! They do cardio and weight train and I just want to tell them, "You are so awesome for being here" but I feel like it would be so condescending for me to do that.
-
And some of them are raised right in the first place!

I'm close to 5'6 and weighted 125 most of my adult life. My goal weight is closer to 115. I look lean at 115 but not anorexic. Which, P.S. is a horrible description of someone's appearance.

WARM UP before you work out. STRETCH afterward.

It will be its own reward! I'll finally be able to wear all my great clothes and things I bought the last time I reached it.

I'm not sure I trust advice to eat a carb-heavy diet and drink soy milk.

I have the exact same problem. The only time I ever changed the shape of my lower body was with juice cleansing constantly. I'm not sure it can be done sustainably and it is so demotivating :( Our measurements are similar, I'm about 132 pounds and my hip measurement is 38 in, same upper body.

I avoid dairy as it exacerbates my acne.

Cake. Or bread. Honestly if I could, like, make a sandwich consisting of sourdough or pretzel bread with a slice of chocolate cake in the middle, I would eat it for every meal.
