  • If I'm going to have a no-logging day, I decide in advance. It isn't reactionary to bad choices. I usually don't eat much differently from a log day, I just like the freedom of eating without the bother of having to analyze everything. But I am not overweight and never have been, so it's not like I need to use logging in a…
  • I feel the same way, only I am insulted by people who love the junk in my trunk. I don't like being admired for something about myself I dislike.
  • I wouldn't describe Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, or J Lo as skinny. Certainly they aren't fat, but they aren't skinny. The Olsen twins are skinny. Natalie Portman is skinny. I really think the comments about not wanting to cuddle a stick, etc., are pretty rude. Some women are skinny, there's nothing wrong with that. Some…
  • Nineteenth century coffin plates This is one of about twenty in my collection, ranging from the 1850s to the early 1910s.
  • I never eat breakfast. Or at least, my first meal of the day is usually AT LEAST several hours after I wake up. If I eat breakfast, I eat all day long. If I wait, I have more control over my appetite throughout the day. I don't know why but it works for me so I ignore all the "most important meal" garbage.
  • I have had countless trainers watch my form and help me with squats and lunges, and I have NEVER seen desirable results from them. I do not understand what I am doing wrong!
  • FOR REAL about Lady Gaga. Has no one heard of David Bowie? Cher? Madonna? Marilyn Manson? Yawn. Wake me when Lady Gaga does something interesting and/or original. Also, I totally agree with you about Apple products. Which is exactly why I use them! :P Another unpopular opinion - Skinny is way more beautiful and elegant…
  • "Careful, you don't want to lose your boobs or butt!" Um, yes, I do. Not everyone aspires to look like a Kardashian.
  • Breasts are disgusting blobs of fat. R Patz isn't that hot. Sunshine sucks. Contemporary art is boring.
  • If Jennifer Lawrence and Rachel Bilson had a lovechild, that would be my facial celeb lookalike. Body-wise, though, Jennifer Lawrence and I are practically twins.
  • He was apparently experiencing cocaine psychosis? Gotta love Miami...
  • Nice taste in movies, those are great romances! Also, Never Let Me Go is a total tearjerker romance. I mean, it will wreck you. The book is spectacular as well. (Have you read Howl's Moving Castle?)
  • I just wanted to say, I HATE IT when people act like girls are just hysterical as a matter of course. No, girls are not crazy. We have legitimate concerns and it is okay for us to have expectations about how we are treated. Please read this -…
  • I have no idea. It's not my kind of movie. Nor my idea of romantic. Also, Allie acted like an a-hole to Cal, or whatever her other fiance's name was.
  • The Skeleton Key is super scary! Along those lines, The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

  • Both soy and dairy can affect your hormones. Avoid that stuff. They can wreck havoc on your skin, contribute to migraines, breast pain, and a host of other problems.
  • I used to only use the elliptical but I quit and switched to the treadmill, even though I can't work out as long as I could on the elliptical because it starts to kill my knees and make me feel pukey, but I just never saw any results from the elliptical. 20 minutes on the treadmill seems to give me more than 45 on the…
  • It's nothing new. It's been around since at least the 90s, when internet forums and blogs started getting more popular. Just like anything else, there is no one way people express or engage with their eating disorder.
  • Watch out, the other day I asked about how to avoid panty lines at the gym because I don't like the way they make me look and I was told that I must not work hard enough at the gym if I cared about how I looked.
  • Haha! The sad thing is I usually do just starve and go to bed.
  • Haha, understandable! I suggested them because it's music everyone seems to know the words to. Road trip singalongs are fun, especially if you can do it satirically! As a suggestion, Oasis is much more enjoyable if you assume that you are being punked, or that it's some sort of performance art.
  • I'm not a moderate person, so incorporating treats into my daily diet doesn't work for me. I like cheat days, but usually it's more like cheat meals, and when factored into my weekly diet I rarely go over my projected deficit because other days I may not hit my calorie goal for that day. Yesterday was the first day in 30…

  • I like the ballet based workout DVDs. There's Cardio Barre, Ballet Body, NYCB Workout, and Barre Method.
  • Goal weight. 2 million wouldn't go far enough for me, but imagine being able to eat whatever you like and always staying at your goal weight. That would be amazing.

  • Whoops, by gelato, I meant sorbet!
  • I shave (or wax, depending on the region) my entire body, more or less. I have since I was 15. I don't like body hair *shrug*
  • I use Cetaphil cleanser, followed by a glycolic acid toner and moisturizing gel. Then, for day I use a Boscia oil-free moisturizer with SPF and at night I use an intense moisture gel from Clinique on top of the glycolic. But honestly? My skin did not improve until I significantly reduced the amount of dairy in my diet.

  • I'm a 34 B and I wear sports bras even when I'm not working out. I think breasts ruin my lines so I prefer them as hidden away as possible.
