You can do kickboxing or squats with punches, that gets cardio with low impact on lower body. Also, make sure you do circles with your knees before you work out to open them up. Every pound lost is 4 pounds of pressure taken off your knees!!

Thank you Matt! Your post helped me, I'm new and have been thinking they are too friendly with the calories because I lost 2 lbs the first week and have been at no change for the past 2. I will quit logging every single calorie burner and just stick to my big workouts. :)
