It's an option but I have nothing to hide and I figure if someone reallllly wants to see how i eat day to day...knock yourself out... I have my emotional eating days and sometimes could use a little pick me up and some motivational words when I'm going for round 2 of the MCC ice cream singles....(like yesterday)

FYI-eating clean is pretty much something similar to Paleo eating or Tosca Reno's Eat clean book......rolled oats, nuts and nut butter(fresh ground), organic Chicken, Bison, Turkey, Salad with lemon juice NOT DRESSING!!! no processed carbs-sweet pots(no brown sugar or butter).....egg whites....IT IS HARD!!! something at Whole foods I found today blew my socks off-they are called Thin Cakes which are made with no sugar, fat, etc and 11g of sodium...They are amazing! I ate them with WF guac and it was about 180 cal snack!
