I am down 2.6 pounds this week! (YAY!) Down 1.2 pounds this week.... was hoping for a little more, but I slowed down a lot on my exercising because of my sore knees. I think I need some new sneakers/aerobic footwear to help lessen the impact on my joints.... soooo I'm going shopping today!:happy: Really really REALLY want to hit the 150's range next week...…

Lost 2.6 pounds this week! (yay!!) So happy, after a gain during the Thanksgiving week, ugh. Started a new belly-dancing video since I couldn't find the time to join the Community College class... and the DVD really works muscles that I am NOT used to using. I did the same thing... I think it would be worse depriving ourselves of the holiday celebration. We'll just have to jump back on track and do a few more exercises in the next week, that's all. I can't wait for these leftovers to be gone now, though. I don't want any more temptation ha ha ha

LOL! Yes, and I burn more calories quicker when I use an incline! I started out flat, but now keep the treadmill inclined and it's gotten much easier... so that I don't even think about it now. Down 2,6 pounds this week... more than I thought and a very nice surprise for feeling so sluggish this week. I think the eating side of things helped me out more than the exercising (or lack there of) this time. But the loss has definitely given me a boost of motivation to start the weekend off with a bang! :happy:

Thanks for the Wednesday challenge... I've been without power since Saturday because of the snowstorm, and I haven't been able to log my exercises or see the mini challenges but hopefully I'll be back on track now.
