  • you can burn some calories doing upper body cardio... why not try punches? You can do them standing if possible, or try sitting. do cross-the-body punches like in the 30 day shred dvd or Power90. It's not ideal, but it will still help. Good luck.... just don't give up and stop altogether! :flowerforyou:

  • I'm not sure about this either... if I don't have a decent loss this week I think I'm going to try zig-zagging, but when I up my calories I think I'm going to up the exercise too with some strenth training and maybe some extra cardio stuff... that might rattle my metabolism up a bit.
