  • Ok Everyone!!! Mini Challenge for Friday!

    25 crunches
    25 obliques (right side)
    20 bicycle crunches (10 each)
    25 reverse crunches
    20 bicycle crunches (10 each)
    25 obliques (left side)
    25 crunches

    On our way to amazing abbs!!! AND . . . . Eat minimum 1 cup veg and 1 cup fruit today! Good luck guys!

    Nice Challenge, ill be doing mine when i finish work after Zumba! x

    Great Friday challenge! I picked the wrong day to start ab ripper 200 between that this and my daily challenge I thought I was going to die!!! :laugh:

    eat at least 5 fruit/veg today
    30 sit ups 30 reverse sit ups and 30 bicycle sit ups..

    drink all your water only 2 more days till weigh in :)

  • Hey All,

    Here's the mini challenge for Wednesday :)

    1.Clean one area of your house - kitchen/bathroom/bedroom) or if you own a car, try washing your car. You'll burn a lot of calories and save pounds which you can treat yourself). Wear layers if its too cold outside.
    2. Go for a 20 minute power walk.

    Great job with Wednesday's challenge. I will be spending a good part of the day cleaning the house so I won't be repeating it tomorrow lol but I look forward to checking out the link you posted :)

    50 Reverse Lunges (25 each leg)

    Great Challenge, going to do it after Zumba tonight.
    I haven't been doing the mini challenges so need to get back in the swing of it.

    Tuesdays challenges .... 7 mins of planks(my favorite.......... not) as many crunches as you can manage in 1 go (do this twice)
    Wednesday..... add 15 mins to your workout.. it can be anything you want...
    thursday... LAST CHANCE THURSDAY!!!.. 50 jumping jacks.. 50 squats,.....50 lunges(25 on each leg)... 50 step ups... 50 sit ups and 50 push ups.......:devil: :devil: :devil: :devil:
    friday.... PREPARE YOUR MENU FOR THE WEEKEND SO YOU DONT CHEAT!!!!! ALSO TAKE AN HOUR OUT FOR SOME YOU TIME :heart: :heart:
  • planning the menu for the weekend is a good one! thanks...stuck to all my mini challenges so far except the 30 day shred...just cant get to it before days end! TIREd. Thanks for all you do ...without you the would be no us (FOXY VALENTINES)
