    Before I forget to post Thursday's mini challenge...here goes:

    1 min run in place (warm up)
    25 crunches
    30 sec sprint in place
    50 Donkey kickbacks (25 each leg)
    30 sec sprint in place
    1 min jump rope (simulated or with rope)
    30 min sprint in place
    25 jump squats
    30 min sprint in place
    1 min run in place
    30 sec slow walk to cool down (breath deeply)

    Last chance workout for weigh in on Friday! We can do this :)

    wow great workout will be doing 30 day shred, zumba and this! xx

    wow that is a great mini challenge..not so mini...over and hour..lol what is "just Dance"? hope you r day is great..sounds like you are in a really awesome place.

    wow that is a great mini challenge..not so mini...over and hour..lol what is "just Dance"? hope you r day is great..sounds like you are in a really awesome place.
    Just Dance 3 is a game that you can get for either the Wii or XBox 360 with Kinects...I have the Xbox one so you are hands free for
    this one! So much fun and a great workout!!

    I think the 3rd set of sprints was supposed to be 30 seconds not 30 minutes :laugh: atleast I hope so!

    Opps! Sorry guys I should have proof read my challenge before sending it! I edited it here to say seconds not 30 min sprints!!! It should only be about 10 min challenge!! LOL

    On our way to amazing abbs!!! AND . . . . Eat minimum 1 cup veg and 1 cup fruit today! Good luck guys!

    Great Friday challenge! I picked the wrong day to start ab ripper 200 between that this and my daily challenge I thought I was going to die!!! :laugh:
