    50 bicep curls
    100 step ups( use the first step of your stairs)
    try plan your menu for the coming week so there is no temptation in your way...

    Here's Wednesday's challenge!!

    Squats – 20
    Lunges – 20
    50 Jumping Jacks
    and
    Half hour Zumba (for those who cant go to a class, there is always youtube!!!

    great challenge i normally do 20 minutes of zumba but will do an extra 10 on the xbox tonight :D xx

    I don't like Zumba :laugh: maybe I just don't like the Wii Zumba?!? I will replace it with 30 minutes of Just Dance 3.

    Opps I did Wed challenge yesturday...Duh...I will be doing a yoga routine now as my mini challenge. Working on lil sleep lately,
    I think my brain is starting to turn to mush!!! LOL
    I agree with you Lisa...I don't really care for Zumba, but Love Just Dance 3 for some reason!!

    Before I forget to post Thursday's mini challenge...here goes:

    1 min run in place (warm up)
    25 crunches
    30 sec sprint in place
    50 Donkey kickbacks (25 each leg)
    30 sec sprint in place
    1 min jump rope (simulated or with rope)
    30 min sprint in place
    25 jump squats
    30 min sprint in place
    1 min run in place
    30 sec slow walk to cool down (breath deeply)

    Last chance workout for weigh in on Friday! We can do this :)
