Most folks in the gym are just as concerned about what you might be thinking of them (if they're not too busy admiring their "technique" in the mirror to even notice you). Seriously though... most barely notice, unless you leave weights strewn about the gym and don't wipe down the equipment when you're done. Take a chance!

I work 18 -20 hours per day seven days per week during tax season (Jan 2nd through April 17th) and then take the rest of the year off! Relief is less than a week away!!! :drinker:

I just had the most delicious pan seared fish filet with with diced jalapeño peppers, onions, bacon, and cheese! The fish was so light and fluffy it was almost like eating an omelet.

Edamame? Peel 'em, pop 'em. eat 'em. Taste great fresh! Sometimes I sprinkle a little apple cider vinegar on em & eat them chilled. Sometimes with chili pepper. Add them to salads like you would green peas.

^^^ That, and smoothies. What is it with me and freezing fresh fruit today?!? That brings up the whole banana issue. Good? or Bad? Where do we stand on bananas? I keep seeing pop-up ads implying that they are "bad for burning belly fat". I like them on occasion especially in smoothies. Good? Bad? Indifferent?

This one probably doesn't count, but one way I control my cravings for chocolate and sweets, is to allow myself to indulge in one or two Lindt Dark Chocolate Truffles.
