Swimmin' with the fishies my friend. LOL I started out trying to drink (8) bottles of water per day. The only problem was they were 32oz bottles. Thankfully I figured it out (with a little help from my bladder) and now I only drink 3 - 4 bottles of water per day.

I notice MyFitnessPal doesn't differentiate between Carbs and Net Effective Carbs (ie. subtracting out Dietary Fiber, Sugar Alcohols and other hard to digest Carbs).
