When I do eat bread, I try and stick to the old European style hard breads... whole wheat multi-grain seeded. That failing, I prefer rye or pumpernickel. I've had success with lowering my carbohydrate consumption. I switched to sugar free / sugar substitute solutions, cut down my intake of processed flours, rice, sugars…
