53 yo female, 5 ‘ 6” SW 231.4 3/29. Just getting started. Tracked every bite. Stayed within my calorie goal, but my macros are a mess. Too many carbs and not enough protein. Just focusing on tracking every day.

If you have a store with a bulk food section, stock up. I take a little container of nuts for a snack. I buy bulk brown rice and black beans. I cook enough for my lunches and separate into containers. Then I toss in a handful of spinach and some salsa on top. Super cheap and easy.

I would go to the doctor and have bloodwork done. Could be thyroid or anemia. That's a long time to be lethargic. Good luck and keep us posted!

I have 2 kids that are both very thin, but they're also very active. I was also very thin growing up and could eat whatever I wanted. Chobani Raspberry is excellent. I also really like the Black Cherry. It's the only Greek yogurt I can eat.
