Yea I dont understand that. I know it's self confidence issues but some people just dont know what to say and things come out wrong. I get offended when that happens too b/c I'm thinking "well if you think you're fat then I must be a whale!"

I only knew that she didnt struggle with it b/c she said shes trying to become a model and shes a personal trainer.. thats why it was offensive.. she didnt take into consideration of peoples health problems and what not. I mean she had a point to some extent but the way she put it was flat out wrong.

Celery is a metabolism booster. It always gets me off of my Plateau. Also try eating more or less calories for 2 days and drink plenty of water to get rid of extra sodium and for digestion. And you can also try a detox or cleanse if that doesnt work. Hope I helped :)

Stay away from sugar. I lost 30lbs from cutting out all sugar last time I was on a diet. But other than that it seems like you know everything you need too. Oh and if you get stuck one week, eat celery b/c it boosts your metabolism. Good luck :)

You can do it! Be proud of yourself that you are back b/c thats a big step just to decide to change your body. You may be mad today and upset but in a week when you see yourself a pound or more lighter you will start feeling better and getting more excited about whats to come. Good luck!
