I love this post. I was doing good with my weight loss but went off track during thanksgiving and Christmas. I started again last week and its been challenging but after reading this post I know I can do it. Thank You so much for the post.

This is a very good breakfast. 1/3 cup of aunt jemima complete pancake mix. 160 cal 3 strips of turkey bacon (great value brand walmart) 105cal 1tbsp welchs grape jelly (instead of syrup) 50cal country crock margarine 1tsp (if desire) 30cal total 345 cal (use fat from bacon to cook pancake) or pam.
