I gained after weaning my kids. After having my daughter, I got back to my pre-pregnancy weight (150) 2 weeks after having her. I kept it off until she weaned herself (SNIFF SNIFF) at 12 months. Thanks! I buy frozen chicken, so when it's frozen it weighs more...right? I usually just stick it on the grill (on low) frozen, so then what would I do?

I am so excited, because today I finally got my heart rate monitor AND a food scale! I am really excited, because now I feel like I can be really accurate!!! Keep up the good work team! ETA: Amanda, I can't remember if I told you that I met all of the requirements yesterday!

Thanks everyone! I added sodium to my MFP thing and I didn't go over today. I also gave up the Diet Dr. Pepper. Here's to hoping I finally see a drop on the scale!

Amanda, I did my extra mile today! I was only going to do 2 but I did three! :) I stayed under my calories and drank all of my water!

Thanks Amanda! Just FYI on the water thing...I don't track that, because there isn't an option on my phone to track it (that I know of). So if I was one of the people that didn't meet the water intake, I really did. I have NO problems drinking that amount of water every day. Also, I really like the idea of the inputting…

Thanks! I lost 8 lbs the first two weeks really fast, but then it has slowed down to about 2 lbs a weeks since then. I am not watching my sodium intake...I will look into that! Thanks!

When I started MFP I gave up Dr. Pepper, I didn't really have any cravings. I have lost 17 lbs in less than 2 months.
