I tried only once to run with the regular double stroller and the wheels went crazy. My double jogging stroller is much easier, but much harder than running without any stroller at all! :) I can run 6 miles without anything and 3 with the double jogging stroller. I exercise about 3-5 times a week. I run anywhere from 3-5 miles each time and I lift hand weights at home almost every single night. I could eat a lot cleaner, so I will start doing that and see where it takes me. Thanks for the info. Oh, and also I just started taking vitamins last week, so maybe that will help!

Mine ranges from 160-185 while running hard. At the beginning it's obviously not that high.

Just keep at it! It will start to move. Are you taking measurements? Have those gone down any? Even if they haven't...I bet you are gaining muscle. I used to run mid-morning pushing the kids in the stroller, however it's too hot now. So, I have been running around 8-9 PM. I haven't noticed a difference.

I'm with you. I'm not much of a breakfast person. But, now that I have been eating breakfast since starting this, I am needing it. I didn't used to get hungry until lunch time, but now I wake up hungry!

Everyone will be weighing in at 6? If so, then everyone will have those extra lbs from throughout the day. Don't be disappointed with your weight at 6PM...I can be up 3-4 lbs in the evening! GOOD LUCK!
