It depends where you get the jeans also...any jeans at old navy will make you feel small. I'm a 0 or a 1 at old navy, but everywhere else, it ends up being 3 or 5...

I eat about 500 calories a day, give or take the occasion hundred cals or so. It probably isn't the best idea for health, but it works for weight loss, or for my body anyway. Been eating like this on and off for a few months and I'm still here. 5'4" and 110lbs. :)

Miracle noodles, or shiritaki noodles have zero cals. You can find them at health food stores. They taste fine, have a unique texture and go with anything. Stir fry and spaghetti are what I've tried them in.

The Zevia brand also has a ginger root beer...my personal fave. The chemical sweetners in leading brands like diet coke and such have been linked to osteoperosis(sp?) in women...that's why I stick to the natural sweetners. They taste better too.
