Today I did 20 minutes of Hight Interval Training on the ellyptical followed by 1hour with my personal trainer. We did what seemed like a gazillion dead lifts! I highly reccomend lifting to anyone trying to shed inches!

Congratulations! 6 months ago I could not run, either. I still don't LOVE it, but I've worked on it and ran my first 5k on Saturday (actually ran the whole thing). I used 5k, although about week 4, my phone died so I just ran until I couldnt. When I got back to my car I realized I had run 2 miles! 5k was great, but there's also C25K, and Zombie 5k that are pretty cool. Zombie 5k is interval training with a zombie story line haha

I take Zumba classes and LOVE it! You really get to know the people in your class and it is great! I also think dancing is a great way to burn caories without realizing it!

I am running my first 5k in July! Right now, I still don't like running...I'm hoping that will change, though!

I'm trying to make my weight loss easy to maintain. So far, I feel as though I have lost this weight without a lot of effort. I'm enjoying the journey!

I'm guilt motivated...I've tried weightloss before with no success. So far, I am 2.5 weeks in and already seeing some improvement! Support is the best thing!
