I feel the same way,,,, havent cheated at all and I am seeing the same thing...lost non stop up untill i hit the 23 pound mark now Im up and down... just keep doing what your doing and it will all catch up...

I leave 200-300 calories left... I know your suppose to eat all 1200 but I have been losing and Im not hungry so I hope that's okay!

It would have to be because of different scales... only use the one you have been using... i could see if you ate a ton of salt but I would def. guess its the scale!
