I love the juxtaposition of looking like a Victoria's Secret angel and a tough badass all at once. That's the key with this look though... You would have to make sure to balance it out by keeping the long side voluminous, shiny, etc. I say, do itttttt.

Edamame is a great way to get protein and fiber esp. for vegetarians. You can find individual bags at places like Sam's or Costco. They even come with a small packet of sea salt. Just throw them in the microwave for about a minute and sprinkle a bit of sea salt - it's about 24g of protein per bag!

Actually, that's precisely what I love about female super heroes! They've always got lovely powerhouse thighs. They make having large thighs and hips look great, which is wonderful for me considering mine are huge, as well as my booty. Squats, lunges, Romanian deadlifts & stairmaster - no holding on though!

I agree with this ^^ I too am currently trying to get myself out of this vicious cycle of going too low on the weekdays and blowing it on weekends. The whole "flex calories" idea just does not work, in my opinion.

Squats, lunges - definitely yes. ALSO Stairmaster - Minute intervals & ABSOLUTELY NO HANDS! Keep your chin/chest up, look straight ahead, heels down. Your booty will thank you.
