  • Hi, I always go with my own HRM since it's more specifically programmed for me. But then again the # on my HRM is also always less than on the machine. If you want to be conservative, it's always safe to go with the lower #.

  • oddly enough.... cheese takes my sweet tooth away, and it's a great source of protein. Almonds can do the same. (I know, I know, chocolate is better, but...)
