I am 5'5" and just made my goal weight of 122. I did this eating 1200 calories a day and exercising for 45-60 min a day, all cardio. I just bumped up to 1400 for maintenance. My job is sedentary, I am so afraid 1400 calories will be too much. By the way, I am 57.
