  • I like the Oikos, either vanilla or honey. Usually about 13g protein for a 5.3oz cup. Greek yogurt is usually more tart than what you might be used to, and the ones with fruit don't cover that well. The vanilla and honey flavors do.
  • I've enjoyed it. It's a tougher fish, so it is great for grilling. I made a fish chowder with swordfish last week and it held up during that very nicely where other kids of fish would've fallen apart. Tastes good, not too fishy and cooks well. Go for it.
  • The only thing I will eat at Olive Garden is the herb salmon or the parmesan tilapia and plain salad. They will bring you a salad bowl without dressing if you ask for it. That said, that meal is relatively low calorie and low sodium and still delicious.
  • Chantal has made an important point, but it does help to have all options. Check out http://www.getdrunknotfat.com/ for calorie counts of most types of alcohol. It looks like a 1 oz shot of vodka is somewhere between 60 and 80 calories, so add that to 6 oz or so of Sprite would be about 140 calories
  • The cups there are HUGE and it is easy to go overboard and fill them. I estimate that the dispensers give you about an ounce per second, so grab the smallest cup and count it out.
