change up your routine. every few weeks cause your body and muscles adapt and the calorie deficit isnt the same . also try adding new things, anti-up intensity or add couple hundred caloiries.

i guess depending on the one u have it could graph the heartrate cycles some are very advanced, if ur seeing your heartrate go really wacky and eratic id get checked out, usually ppl have some sort of symptoms. some are known to be silent ..

:bigsmile: i feel that way too i feel it comes from lack of acceptance when i used the word dieting early on in my weight loss journey. when i seen it and accepted it was a lifesyle change that was 3 years ago and 175 lbs gone.

whats hard for me or was i should say was i am binge eater. i know how bad you can want something, i had to teach and allow myself to have those handfuls of chips. like most things its learning process.

sometimes a food increase is needed to break platuea, sorry for spelling, and also changing up your routine what works for me best is to do muscle confusion try new things, a little more. u may not be having enough calories to cover your intense workouts.

well i think 25-30 is good for women, and yes plenty of wATER is needed to keep it moving, and it also helps to flush out the fat , and cholesteral.. protien i get at ever meal many times u get some protiene when it is with fiber,
