Only problem with that is that I am in a diet (weight loss) competition at work where I have to weigh in once a week. :-/

I just completed day 5 of Level 1 and I am up 2lbs. :-( I'm eating only 1200 calories a day and tracking all my food too. I'm feeling a bit discouraged but I know I can already feel the difference in my body so I am going to keep. I have worked out prior but NOTHING like the shred. Its a tough work out for sure. I am…
