It depends on what I ate. I usually wait about an hour. Or, maybe just eat a protein bar or something small first, and then eat a mid morning snack after the workout.

I'm feeling a little "Fat" and discouraged today! I am up 10 lbs since starting, this is my 4th day at 10% cut. How do you know if you should do 15%? Am I being irrational in thinking I should have lost something by now? I am obsessing over losing. I just feel gross right now.

I get a lot of stares too. And men making snarky comments, until they see me grab the same dumbbells as them. I think they have learned to be impressed and more people make nice comments and compliment my progress.

The Scooby calcs have done so many people great justice. If you are 100% accurate with the numbers you give it, then you are right. It's basic math. I decided to do a full 8 week reset instead of the inital 4 I thought I would do. Today is Day 2 for me of 10% cut. So far so good. I need help hitting those protein macros though.

I have always done walking lunges inn many bootcamp classes so I just stuck to it. I should have read into that section a little further and would have done static.

I am going to finish Stage 1 this week! My AMRAP's are this week. Did you do the AMRAPS on seperate days just like A and B? With a day between or just all at once on your last day? I am nervous about Stage 2.
