I just finished Stage 1 and I'm at 50 lbs for squats with a 50 lb bar, and then deadlifts I am at 105--45 lb olympic barbell and then additional 60 lbs added to it total.

During Stage 1 I followed the guidelines of the book and did cardio only on my off days from the strength training. And then no additional strength training on the cardio days. I always did 30 minutes of cardio. So on MWF I do NROLFW and then on TU,TH,SAT I would do 30 min cardio. It was hard for me too, since I was used…

Ohhhhh lawwwwd! Is anyone else experiencing awful headaches after cutting calories? I am at 10% cut and almost at 2 weeks. My headaches are unbearable!

I am in Stage 2 of NROLFW and absolutely love it. I am normally a cardio junkie and this has me hooked. I do NROL 3 days per week and cardio inbetween.
