I did a metabolism reset during Stage 1, so I didn't post full body since I did have weight gain. But, tell me if you see a difference in the pictures. The grey is before white is after.

    I can only see half of the "after" pictures, because they get cut off on the far right, but your arms definitely show progress! :)
