Monday, Wednesday, Friday: NROLFW Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: cardio for 30 minutes (usually interval training of some sort. Starting C25K tonight) Sunday: off day

I used to be cardio obsessed and now I dread cardio. I actually get excited to go to the gym now.

Some people do this program at home. But you would need quite a range of weights in my opinion. It would be a lot easier at a gym if you ask me.

Feel free to add me! I am in week 3 of NROLFW! I am obsessed and totally love it! My only advice is to not be intimidated. Just walk in there like you own it. And do NOT be afraid to try weight that are a little heavier than you think you can do. You'll be surprised at what your body is capable of.

Mmmmmm that sounds yummy! Do you use chocolate or vanilla powder? I always have blueberries and bananas too.

When I did at home workouts and was just starting out, I loved Turbo Jam! They have strength videos that you can use resistance bands for, and I loved that!

Have you been really diligent about tracking everything on here? I know that I thought I was staying close at a cut amount a couple months ago, but then I wouldn't add stuff in and ended up closer to at TDEE or sometimes even over.

I'm starting my cut a little early! I've been maintaining for about 6 weeks now and know that after still eating TDEE it hasn't moved. I think before when I was loosely calculating cals, I was eating at or above TDEE. I am starting my 15% cut today, at 2021 cals. I just cannot remember what macros should be set at???

I was eating above or at TDEE before without realizing it. I am still maintaining, so I think I'm just going to cut. I know this is my correct maintanance level now. We'll see how it goes.

Definitely still do it! If you are sore and not strained and hurt, then still try it. It may help to work it out a bit.

Honestly, this might be the best time to up the calories to TDEE. A lot of people have a hard time getting it all the extra calories. Most of the time while on vacation it's easier to do that. Just try to make healthier choices.
