Drink more water! You get water weight from not drinking enough of it and your body retaining what little you did drink.

My BMR is 1519, I work out between moderately and heavy--being I do intense 600-1000 cal burns 4 days per week. I figured TDEE at moderate to not short change myself. My TDEE is 2551.

The reason I get so confused is because when I put the new calculation in based on TDEE MFP tells me I'll only lose .30 per week.

I am still lost. If I set my goal on here as TDEE amounts indicated with what you posted, it has me only losing .30 per week.

When I read about BMR, if you set it to BMR you maintain. Right? I just wonder why everyone goes against MFP and their settings. What does MFP use?

I am beyond confused about it all quite honestly. If I go by BMR and TDEE it shows I'd only lose 0.3 per week!

For me, education has never really swayed me on a lot of things. I believe in practice what you preach. If you are living it and proving to me that you know what it means to get fit and be healthy, I am going to stick with you. So, I'd go with the ripped trainer who is practicing what he preaches.

Awesome job! But now a little confused. So if I up my calories, do I need to lower cardio and do more lifting? I am so confused.

I already have figured that I need to set my daily goal at 1932 which is TDEE x 15%.
