  • I am worried about my CUT too because I've gotten so used to eat so much more food.
  • YES YES YES!!!!!!!! So exciting!!!!
  • Well, I thought I would start my cut last week, and decided to go ahead and eat at TDEE for another couple weeks. This Friday will be 1 month. Trying to decide if I should do it for 5 weeks since I'll be on vacation. Better than trying to cut calories while on vacation? Any thoughts? Also, I was bad and weighed myself…
  • I've been working out the same, so I know it's not the exercising. Oh well. As long as my body is getting back in order, I am fine with it. I've dealt with all my life, so it's nothing I can't handle again.
  • For my TDEE, I believe its moderate, whatever it is for 3-4 hours per week. I do NROLFW and then 2-3 days of 20-30 cardio,
  • I have endometriosis too! And since having a laproscopy and being on hormones for it a few years back, I haven't had issues.
  • Glad I am not the only one! Holy hell! This has been terrible.
  • I injured my rotary cuff while doing Insanity a few months ago and a trainer at my current gym actually suggested that I start using lights weights with it. It healed it almost immediatly! I was shocked. I didn't do enough for it to actually hurt, but enough to stretch it and I was shocked that it helped. Haven't had…
  • They are split up into exercise A, B, C. Some alternate moves and others don't. For example squats are workouts A. You do a set of 15, rest 60 secs, do another 15. Then....move to section Workout B. This consists of Push ups and seated rows. So you do 15 push ups, rest 60 secs, 15 rows, rest, 15 push ups, rest, 15 rows. It…
  • WOOT WOOT! Are you following scooby numbers or the NROLFW numbers? I've just been doing scooby so I've been eating the same every day and not lower on workout days. I hope thats right! I just finished WORKOUT4 B today! Felt great! You are doing awesome!
  • When you giggle like a school girl at a new curve in your arms and flex all the time like the typical meat head! LOL
  • When you secretly enjoy eating "bad thing" in front of your starving friends. LOL
  • VERY VERY COOL!!!! So happy for you!
  • It's been roughly 2 months I'd say. Off and on. With the EM2WL. I honestly think its the weights. Thanks for the read. I'll head over and check it out.
  • I noticed that you've consistently went over in sodium. Sodium basically equates to water. So if you are eating that much sodium every day or almost every day, you will weigh more due to added water weight? Do you take measurements? Try to measure over the course of a month and see if you measurements are changing and try…
  • GOOD FOR YOU!!!!! I used to do WW and always receive the emails from them begging me to come back. I totally and 100% understand you holding on to those items for so long. I've always gone back to WW when nothing else worked and I hated every second of it. SO HAPPY FOR YOU! Oh...and I finally started spamming WW emails!
  • IT'S MADNESS I TELL YOU!!!! If I looked as good as you I'd be flexing all the time too!
  • Awhile back before EM2WL, when I started realizing how often I refused to put meals in my tracker, I started putting them in our of curiosity! HOLY COW! I would consume A LOT!
  • I'm glad I'm not the only one. I can't help it. I feel like the meatheads on tv that flex all the time! LOL. I just love seeing positive changes, as little as they may be. It's only week 3! Imagine after finishing this whole book? I am so happy.
  • I do NROLFW 3 days per week right now. For a total of about 30 min each workout. I just started adding in cardio again yesterday. Which was only a 20 min run/walk doing C25K. I was working out a lot more before NROLFW doing lots of interval training and cardio classes. So maybe its actually the lack of cardio?
  • Those are all awesome!!!!!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!
  • If your TDEE is 2388, than your cut amount is 2029.80. So you are still eating too few calories.
  • Quite honestly, I don't think you are eating enough. Your body seems to be holding onto everything that you are eating. Prior to doing this were you always on a low calorie diet or on a high calorie diet? You might need the reset. I had to do the reset because my body was so confused. I tried to just eat at the cut amount,…
  • Thanks for the tip! I need to watch myself better in the mirrors when I do them. I've been popping the booty though, which my husband showed me last week when I did them.

  • Ditto what they said! Also, have you been working out at the level that you calculated your numbers at originally?
  • Thanks! I thought I remembered reading that it pretty well engaged everything, but wanted to be sure. I am happy, because nothing makes my back fat/love handle area sore. And that is my #1 problem area.

  • You are welcome to add me too! I had to purge my friends lists to get rid of a lot of 1200 cal and less friends. It's been so nice seeing a home page full of eaters and their progress!
  • That is awesome!!!! GOOD JOB!!!!
  • I don't do too bad. I usually always hit my protein, but then go slightly over in carbs.
  • How long were you doing 1200 or less?
