I completed all the challenges for the week except Friday which I will complete on Sunday (Friday is my day off). I also logged in 4 miles. I plan to add a couple more miles today and tomorrow too. Will let you know when that's done.

Hi All, I've made these a lot of times. They are easy to make, tasty, and freeze/thaw really well too. I've made them as the recipe below says but I've also substituted veggies with whatever's left in my fridge and they've always turned out well. Hope you enjoy.
