I enjoy cooking quite a bit actually. The extra bonus of this box for me was that they sent recipes/ingredients for meals that I never would have thought to make on my own (cashew coconut curry for example). I think just using their meals to break a rut sometimes will be helpful too.

I got the Veggie Box and the calorie counts weren't too bad. There was plenty of extra food too. I didn't use the option, but you can definitely tell them about dietary needs. Wow, I like the general idea of this! What if there was an initial investment (i.e. time or money) to a charity that has to be verified before/when you first sign up? Not foolproof, but anything that adds an extra step might help avoid people who aren't serious.

FYI, I went to a Batteries Plus (pretty sure that is a nationwide chain store) and they replaced the battery in mine. It was a reasonable price to begin with but the best part is that they guarantee FREE battery changes in my FT4 for the life of the product. Great savings over time!

Aside from being a shorter workout, how does T25 compare to Insanity?

I've had an FT4 for about 2 years now. It really helps motivate me to see my HR & calories burned during a workout. Having used it on many different types of workouts over that time, I have to say generally I think it's pretty accurate.

I applaud you for trying something different to break your pattern. Pretty sure Cool Whip is all chemicals though so it may not be any healthier even if it is lower in calories.

I usually end up juicing a cucumber with spinach and carrots. Add a lime (lemons are too strong for me) and then one other type of fruit if I want a sweeter flavor. I never juice fast, I just enjoy a glass or so daily, so for me I consider juicing the equivalent of taking a vitamin rather than worrying about the fiber,…

Funny, I think each season has some of those cliche things that makes it seem like romance would be best at one time or another. But I do agree that I don't think of relationships as short term either though, so that part is a bit hasty.
