Why? My family are always thrilled when I bring food, it means every one gets to eat more!!

Fill your plate with vegetables. If fresh vegetables are not normally part of the meal then make a point to bring them. A huge dish of roast veg is very low calorie and very filling. A huge green salad, with a low cal dressing, can fill a whole plate.

Too funny. Not something that bothers me, we all have them.

What is show through?? I buy Panache sports bras, they are sized like bras and are amazingly supportive, even for very large breasts.

Oh my. I never read anything like that in Galations. Do you have some kind of modern, souped up, version? A miracle is not what you need, what you need is to manage your health yourself. People waiting for a god to step in and fix their minor issues are really just writing off their need to try. #blessedandconfused #WTF…

Eat less.

I decided not to eat mine back. Mainly because calorie burns are really all over the place when it comes to technology and apps. So I set MFP to inactive and eat those calories to maintain. Then I work out each day without adding the workouts to MFP. So somedays I may burn 300 cals, other days maybe 1000.

100%. Hard not to round your shoulders when your breasts are so large. Both my girls have serious back issues.

My daughters are 28gg and 32g, oldest hates hers and really has a tough time finding 28gg bras. They cost a fortune and are rarely cute. They both are small framed, it is not easy. Oldest has been for a consultation for a reduction, she will probably do that within a few months. She had to wait until she turned 18, she is…

Walk in the rain.

Panache sells the best one that is bra sized and actually allows me to run wearing just one. Freya is not bad either. But they are rarely cheap.

The most pricey thing for me is a good sport bra. Once you are in the DD or bigger range you cannot pick them up for less than $50. Try finding a 28G sports bra that actually works. Otherwise thrift stores, people are always giving away their hardly worn designer sports clothes.

I tend to enjoy eating later at night, so I eat lighter during the day so I can. I skip breakfast, eat a light lunch, a decent dinner and the odd protein snack. Tonight I got home at 10:15pm and ate three dill pickle slices, 3 slices of prosciutto, a Trader Joe five seed almond bar, washing it down with a cup of almond…

No junk in the house and no easy snacks in the house. Not like you are going to go shopping at 2am. Look in to sleep health, you have created a set of circumstances where a few mid night feasts are what you need. You need to work on changing that.

A DNA test for low carb diet?? I am flummoxed, never even heard of that. Only thing I know is calories in and calories out.

Cool. If you are not very overweight then that might be part of the issue. It can be much harder to lose ten pounds when you are pretty much at your ideal weight, than to lose ten pounds when you are 100 pounds over your ideal weight.

How did you go from nothing to that schedule in a week? I run, have done for years, and I have never met an overweight human yet who can do "couch to 35k" in a week. Are you either imagining the runs, way fitter than you stated or something??? I am very confused. If I ran 35k a week I would be eating a whole boat load of…

How on earth did you go from not running to running 18 miles a week?? I want to know your magic trick.

I love Vega One. It is vegan, taste is pretty good with ice and some fruit. I usually use the chocolate flavour and add banana and greek yogourt.

Lots of people do it. My tip would be to plan your meals ahead. Look at high nutrition foods and filling foods.

On non fast days you eat normal calories. As in, whatever your body needs per day to maintain it's size. For me that is 1500 cals. Some days I run, but no more than 5k, I will often walk.

I am doing 5:2. I have done it before and liked it. I never have to lose much weight, usually 5-10 pounds and this way works very well. I plan my 2 days carefully and I use 600 cals as my rule. I do manage to get three small meals in and use Tuesday/Wednesday as my "fast" days. I do not get to the point where I am starving…

You need to log every mouthful and drink for a month or so. Watching potion sizes and snacks etc. Once you have done that you can look back and see if you are eating more than your body can burn. Remember when logging exercise that the calories allocated can be a bit overinflated. As to the thyroid issue, most articles…

You might also want to build up your distance and time with intervals. Just stepping out the door and running a few k for the first time is very hard on your body. Look at the C25k or 5k runner apps to help you build up safely and slowly. Stretching afterwards is key. BUt anyone just stepped out the door and ran with no…
