Walking really does work, you just have to be consistent about it. I've lost almost 20 lbs in less than 3 months by pretty much just walking as many times a week as I can. I hate exercising, but I love to walk!:bigsmile:

I never eat the recommended 1200 calories a day, and it always says that I could be putting my body into starvation mode. But if I'm not hungry, why should I eat more? And I don't understand how you lose weight if you're not eating less calories than you're burning? Can anyone help me figure this out?
