Hi Lisa! Those are great goals! Same here. I’m tired of starting over. How much do you want to lose?

Have you had any issues with it counting steps while you’re driving? I was reading reviews on Amazon and a lot of people said it counts steps while driving. It seems like the perfect device on paper but I’m worried about it’s accuracy

Do you think Apple Watch is more accurate than a Fitbit? I just need something for tracking so Fitbit would be sufficient for me, I don’t need all the extras the AW offers but would be willing to spend extra if it’s more accurate.

You look great! I need to do this! I do the Shred once a week or so but never done it for 30 days straight. You motivated me to do so! How many calories were you eating per day? Did you take measurements?

Yes! I have Polar FT4 and it was the best $60 spent. MFP burn estimates were way off for me.

I only track calories. I try and eat healthy but I don't track macros. As long as I'm eating healthy I'm not worried about it.

Thank you ladies. I will look for those:)

I get up at 5:30AM, eat a small banana or a small toast with peanut butter and work out. Then after I shower I have my breakfast. I cannot work out on an empty stomach.

I think it is better to eat dinner earlier than right before bed but my schedule doesn't allow it. I eat dinner around 9-10 pm almost daily and I'm still losing weight. You can still lose weight if you eat less calories than your TDEE.

I normally enter in my breakfast, lunch and dinner the night before for the next day and then add snacks through out the day. I can never plan ahead for the week just because I never know what I'm going to feel like eating that day. As long as I have healthy food in the house I stay on track.

Thank you very much for all the input. I will be ordering the FT7 today.
