I'm not a diet-pill nay-Sayer, I'm on one right now that was prescribed to me by a doctor. But Alli is awful, I tried it for about a week and all these terrible stories about leaking things, it's 100% true! I was even very careful about what i ate!

I really love Ryka shoes, if you can't get them where you live you can order online. They're SO incredibly supportive. That being said I agree with everyone here, try some for yourself and if all else fails, stick to what you know

I had 2 scrambled eggs with pepper and 2 slices of turkey bacon. I cooked the turkey bacon first so that the eggs tasted like bacon, it was soooo good! and I made an extra piece of turkey bacon to put in my salad at lunch!

Back when I could drink I LOVED any kind of citrus-y margarita with sugar around the rim. YUM.

I'm like this too! Although according to the plan my Dr. gave me I'm not even supposed to be counting calories and just stop eating when I'm full! So I'm concerned that I'll plateau but I also don't want to eat if I'm not hungry... healthy foods are really filling!!

It's SO HARD. But I'm starting to show signs of insulin resistance, so it's not forever, but for a long time, I need to stay away from sugars and bad carbs. Hey everyone! My starting weigh 256 Last weeks' weight 254 I weighed in this morning at 251.4 for a loss of 2.6 lbs! Yay! My goal weight is 240 so I only have 11.4 pounds to go!!! Yay! Wherever you are I hope you're having a great day :)

Jodie don't get discouraged!!! Just focus on one thing at a time. Last week I focused on NOT eating fast food, and I lost 2 pounds just doing that! If you're not on the second floor they have some walking in place videos, but even those can require a large living room. Try stair exercises, they stay in pretty much the same place. I like DDR but in my new apartment I'm on the second floor :( And keep up your weight lifting! Toning is important too!

With the cookie and crackers 100 calorie packs, I WILL eat a whole box but one bag of the kettle corn i suggested is pretty big. It would take some determination to eat the entire box.

I get 100 calorie kettle corn for snacking at night. I mean, you can munch and munch and munch and its light so your morning weigh in isn't ruined :) Also, its not high in protein so it's not going to keep you awake digesting it.

I can never stay under my sugar!!! But I've lost 22 pounds... so... I dunno I just try to stay away from "added" sugar.

I have the Skechers, the are ugly but I have terrible posture and they seemed to help! But I definitely didn't lose any weight just from the shoe.

WOW! Thats amazing!!! I'm so happy for you! It's great that you've decided to get in shape before you go to college... cause I weighed about the same as you when I left school, and I gained 80 pounds in a year and a half... crazy huh? The earlier you start the better. Keep at it!
